At 11:01 on August 24, 2022, the Long March 2D carrier rocket lifted off smoothly from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, carrying the Beijing-3B satellite. The satellite was accurately sent into its predetermined orbit shortly afterward. The Long March series carrier rockets have achieved 104 consecutive successful launches.
