A RT ProductAlign with the buyer’s actual working conditions, budget and other on-site scenarios, conduct demand analysis, customized solution design and feasibility demonstration; assist in core demand research as well as equipment and software selection evaluation; deliver professional technical consultation and inspection reception services, and fully cooperate with all bidding-related liaison work throughout the whole process.
Assist with order submission, information filling and other purchasing procedures; communicate customer requirements and feed back to the design department; standardize the processing of various documents; synchronize order progress and key milestones; explain relevant terms and conditions; coordinate internal and external resources, and provide supporting services as well as operational guidance.
Respond to maintenance requests and technical consultations, provide remote guidance or arrange on-site repairs, supply compliant spare parts, and deliver training on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor equipment conditions and service demands, and offer eligible warranty protection within the agreed warranty period.
