Thermal Vacuum Test Chamber
Designed specifically to meet the thermal vacuum test requirements for various aerospace materials, payloads, components, subsystems and complete satellites.
Liquid Temperature Control
Wide-temperature-range heat transfer oil is adopted as the coolant to precisely control the temperature of cold sinks, cold plates and test articles.
Gas Temperature Control
Reliability tests for medium and large satellites in an extremely wide temperature range (gaseous nitrogen medium: -175℃ to +160℃)
Upgrade & Retrofit
1. Improved Load Capacity: Upgrading and retrofitting of thermal vacuum test chambers for high heat generation and batch product testing.
2. Product Surface Temperature Control: Temperature regulation on the surface of heat-generating test pieces inside thermal vacuum test chambers.
3. Signal Transfer Box: Facilitates cabin penetration wiring for thermal vacuum test chambers.
4. High-Voltage Insulation Flange: Used for thermal vacuum test chambers to connect power supplies with a voltage of 3000V or below.
5. Pressure Control Module: Equipped on thermal vacuum test chambers to meet the test requirements of low-pressure discharge and micro-discharge.
Low Pressure Test Chamber
Comprehensive temperature, altitude and air supply test for aircraft electronic equipment
It can maintain stable background temperature under combined vacuum and air supply conditions.
Control Algorithm
The conventional heating-cooling antagonistic temperature control solution is still widely used in testing equipment. While it ensures favorable temperature control accuracy, it features high operating energy consumption and is not applicable to tests of heat-generating products.
How to balance multiple conflicting test requirements: low energy consumption and high temperature precision, rapid temperature variation and fast steady-state convergence, as well as reliable testing for both high-heat-dissipation and non-heating products?
Non-standard Customization
Integrate temperature control, vacuum, electrical, software and other modules to precisely match customer requirements.
