The thermal vacuum test chamber features powerful thermal load capacity and high-precision surface temperature control for test articles. It enables rapid temperature rise and fall, greatly improving test efficiency and providing strong support for scientific research and production in the aerospace field.
Cold sink diameter: 0.6 m ~ 3.0 m (customizable), meeting the test requirements of different specifications.
Cold sink depth: 0.8 m ~ 4.0 m (customizable), suitable for diversified test scenarios.
Working space: 250 L ~ 30,000 L (customizable), flexibly matching the sizes of various test products.
Cold sink / cold plate temperature range (customizable):
Oil bath temperature control type: -80.0℃ ~ +150.0℃;
Gaseous nitrogen temperature regulation type: -150.0℃ ~ +150.0℃.
Temperature change rate: customizable, up to 5.0℃ per minute (oil bath type, cold plate surface).
Temperature control accuracy: better than ±0.5℃.
Temperature uniformity: ±2.0℃.
Ultimate vacuum: 5.0×10−5 Pa (customizable).
Pump-down time from ambient pressure to ultimate vacuum: 3 hours or customized, to satisfy different test schedule requirements.
Vacuum regulation function from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum: optional.
