Successful Development of Hydraulic High and Low Temperature Test Equipment

Core Capabilities:It supports long-duration (≥ 8 hours), continuous high-pressure (≥ 28 MPa) and uninterrupted liquid supply tests with customer-defined flow rate, as well as rapid temperature shock tests (temperature variation ≥ 200℃).

Through the joint efforts of all staff, the independently developed hydraulic high-low temperature test equipment of Beijing Ruirtemp Technology Co., Ltd. has been successfully delivered to the AVIC customer for official operation.

Aircraft hydraulic components are subject to increasingly stringent temperature adaptability requirements during their research and development. The stable operation of such components under extreme temperatures, rated pressure and flow conditions, as well as overpressure and over‑flow operating scenarios, is directly critical to aircraft safety and reliability.

Hydraulic high and low temperature test equipment is designed for high-temperature and low-temperature testing of aircraft hydraulic systems and components, and conducts qualification tests on the materials and manufacturing processes of hydraulic pipelines and accessories. For newly manufactured hydraulic parts, the equipment verifies whether their bearing capacity under combined temperature and pressure shock meets design specifications.

The hydraulic test system consists of a high-temperature hydraulic unit, a low-temperature hydraulic unit, a high-low temperature switching device, a measurement and control system, and auxiliary supporting systems. Its core functions are as follows:• Supply stable hydraulic fluid at a temperature of up to +155℃ and a pressure of 28 MPa or higher;• Supply stable hydraulic fluid at a temperature as low as -60℃ and a pressure of 28 MPa or higher;• Support flexible switching of output medium among high-temperature, low-temperature and normal-temperature states.

This hydraulic high and low temperature test facility enables long‑duration operation, sustained high pressure and continuous fluid supply. It abandons the cold storage tank solution, which can only provide discontinuous liquid delivery. The equipment can perform temperature fatigue and pressure fatigue tests on complete hydraulic systems, assemblies and individual components, helping to thoroughly evaluate full-life-cycle performance and accelerate the R&D progress of aviation hydraulic products.

When combined with an optional environmental simulation chamber, it realizes comprehensive environmental adaptability tests covering internal fluid conditions and external ambient environments. This accurately reproduces the actual performance of hydraulic components, assemblies and complete systems under extreme temperature conditions.

This hydraulic high and low temperature test equipment is equipped with the independently developed WIN-RT control and data acquisition system. The complete machine delivers excellent electromechanical performance with high control accuracy and stable operation. It features simple operation, as well as convenient maintenance and overhaul. Its performance indicators fully comply with all technical specifications for temperature tests stipulated by domestic and international standards, representing the advanced technical level in the current global industry.
