The unique pressure, temperature and atmospheric conditions on the Martian surface make traditional aeronautical and aerospace-grade thermal vacuum test equipment unable to meet the ground simulation test requirements for Mars exploration missions. To address this issue, technical researchers from Beijing Ruirtemp Technology Co., Ltd. have developed a Mars environment simulation system with carbon dioxide (CO₂) as the ambient gas.
The system is applicable to ground simulation tests of components, parts and complete satellites for Mars probes, and serves as essential equipment for the reliability verification of products used in Mars exploration missions. At present, the first batch of such equipment has been put into dedicated environmental tests, featuring stable operation and excellent temperature control performance.

Mars Environmental Test ModuleBy integrating this module into existing thermal vacuum equipment, it enables precise control of gas composition and pressure parameters required for Martian environmental thermal vacuum tests, and completes temperature cycle tests under specified atmospheric conditions.
Product Surface Temperature Control ModuleIt features fast dynamic response, stable steady-state performance and zero overshoot. It is especially suitable for surface temperature control of test samples containing composite materials with slow temperature response characteristics.
